You retain full ownership throughout the entire process. BePoc operates as your agent — we process, grade and route your inventory according to agreed rules. You maintain legal title until final sale or disposition. All units are fully insured while in our facilities.
Yes. We integrate with major ERP and warehouse management systems — SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite and others. We also support API integration and flat-file exchange for bespoke systems. Integration work is included in the pilot setup phase.
Our AI handles ~80% of grading decisions; human experts review all borderline and high-value cases. We track grading accuracy as a core KPI and publish it in your dashboard. If a mis-grade affects you commercially, we correct it and adjust our models — grading quality is fully auditable and guaranteed by SLA.
Channel control is central to our model. We operate a tiered distribution strategy: certified refurb in your own channels, selected premium marketplaces for B2C, and controlled B2B batches with geographic and pricing constraints. You approve channel rules up-front and can exclude any channel at any time.
Yes. BePoc is GDPR-compliant and certified to NIST 800-88 data-wiping standards. All returned devices undergo certified data wiping before resell. We hold ISO 27001 for information security and maintain a full audit trail for every unit. Data protection is built into our operational DNA, not bolted on.
Our core operations are based in the Netherlands with EU-wide reverse logistics coverage. We collect, process and resell across all EU27 markets plus the UK, Switzerland and Norway. For retailers outside the EU, we partner with regional operators and coordinate centrally.
